Job Description: As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements. Your role will involve the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
  • Work with database systems such as SQL Server to design and optimize queries.
  • Implement and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our development practices.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Job Description: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with sales teams, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to develop strategies that meet business objectives. Your role will involve the full business development lifecycle, from market research and lead generation to deal closure and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Close deals and facilitate the contract signing process.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and initiatives.
